New for 2009-2010, members can submit Programming Proposals to make use of Sadleir House for free or at a reduced rate.
Booking Rates
Basic Charges
Trent Student Groups:
1. Non-levy $5 + GST / hour
2. Small levy $8 + GST / hour
3. Large levy $10 + GST / hour
Individual / Community Groups:
1. Non – Profit $15 + GST /hour; Series Rate: $10+ GST / hour
2. Private $20 + GST /hour; Series Rate $15 + GST / hour
A staffing charge of $10.50/hr will be applied to any bookings that occur outside of the regular Sadleir House operating hours.
Sadleir House recognises that not all users will be able to afford the set rates for space rental and therefore welcomes groups or individuals to contact us to negotiate a more affordable rate.
Additional Rates:
Sound Equipment: $75 (Student Groups); $100 (All other Groups)
Portable Film Projection: $80 (Student Groups); $100 (All other Groups). Please note that the Lecture Hall includes film projection at no extra charge.
Liquor License: Sadleir House is licensed by the AGCO. Please contact us directly if you are interested in having alcohol served at your event. Cost will include a bartender and security person for the duration of your event.
Resources available and included in booking price:

• Flip Chart
• Portable Stereo system
