PRCSA 27 February 2006

MINUTES OF P.R. COMMUNITY AND STUDENT ASSOCIATION (SADLEIR HOUSE FACILITY) o/a PRCSA held on 27 February 2006 in the Hobbs Room at Sadleir House, 751 George St, Peterborough, Ontario at 6:15pm, directly following the PRCSA AGM.

PRESENT: Catherine Dickinson, M.J. Milloy, John Muir, Sara Swerdlyk, Chris Allen, Manuela Lefranc, & George Nader.

ALSO PRESENT: Dwayne Collins, Steward & Jill Staveley, Convenor.

The meeting was called to order with Catherine Dickinson acting as Chair and Chris Allen acting as Secretary. With all the Directors being present in person, the meeting was declared duly constituted, and discussion followed.

01. This being the first Board Meeting following an AGM, informal introductions were made.

02. UPON a MOTION duly made seconded and carried unanimously, it was resolved that the next Board Meeting shall be on 13 March 2006 at 5pm at Sadleir House, and that all officers shall be confirmed in their present positions until that time. It was noted that the Board will appoint or confirm its officers at this on a more long term basis at this Meeting.

03. Adjournment: There being no further business the Meeting was adjourned at 6:50pm.
